2017 Market Hog Sale Buyers Print E-mail




The 37th Annual Frederick County Fair Market Hog Sale was held on Friday, August 4, 2017.

Seventy hogs totaling 17,387 pounds were sold at a gross income of $50.664.40.  The average price was $2.48 per pound.

The Frederick County Fair Association and the youth of 4-H and FFA deeply appreciate the continuing support of the many individuals and businesses who expressed their interest in the youth of our community.

Reserve Grand Champion Hog – Purchased by Edmonds Excavating for $5.00/lb.
