To register for Home Economics you must be a Frederick County or Winchester City resident. To register Poultry and/or Rabbits you must be a Frederick County, Clarke County, or Winchester City resident. For Home Economics you may only enter one (1) item in each class. For Livestock you may only enter two (2) per class.
PLEASE READ FOR TIPS ON REGISTERING ONLINE- If you register for events in one catagory you MUST "checkout" if you would like to register for another catagory. If you use the "Register for Another Event" button you MUST stay in the same category. This goes for all for catagories, Home Economics (Adult), Home Economics (Youth), Agriculture, Livestock. For Example, you register for Home Economics events, click "Next Step" twice. Then you MUST click "Checkout" to be registered in those events you chose. Then you can register for Livestock events. Otherwise, events you originally marked will be lost.
To pre-register Online: Click on "Ag., Home Ec, and Livestock Registration" above. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent later with other important information. Online registration ends at 10:00 p.m. July 29, 2017. Please remember to “check-out” after registering Home Economics exhibits before registering Livestock exhibits (or vice versa). Please note, Adult Agriculture can be found under Home Economics (Adult). The Youth and Open Rabbit/Poultry Show information can be found under Livestock ALL.

The Extension Office will also accept registration forms until July 25, 2017.
During exhibit check in times the exhibitors will need to fill out exhibit tags for each exhibit at the Pavilion. Then proceed to the FFA building and at the Department Chairperson's direction display their exhibit. The Registration desk will also be open to make additions or corrections during these times.
Last chance to enter: Report to the Fairgrounds during check in times. Fill out a registration form (listing all exhibits in the proper class. If you do not know which class, you will need to seek the help of the Department Chairperson). Bring completed form to the Registration Desk. You will receive an Exhibitor number. Next the exhibitors will need to fill out exhibit tags for each exhibit at the Pavilion. Then proceed to the FFA building and at the Department Chairperson's direction display their exhibit.
The FFA building WILL close promptly at 12:00 pm fair Monday.
If the Department Chairperson feels an exhibit belongs in a different event, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to notify the Registration Desk of the change before judging begins.
Exhibit Check in times:
*Sunday July 30, 2017 from 2:00-5:00 pm.
*Monday July 31, 2017 from 9:00-11:30 am.
All exhibits must remain in place until the following Sunday. Pick up time is Sunday from 2-4pm. Remember it's free to enter your exhibits!
