Special Rules:
1 ALL PICTURES MUST BE FRAMED AND READY TO HANG OR THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
NO CARDBOARD OR PAPER FRAMING WILL BE ACCEPTED.
2 Frames larger than 16" x 20" will not be accepted.
3 Exhibitor may place one entry only in each class.
4 All exhibitors entered must not have been previously exhibited and must be the original work of the exhibitor within the last year.
5 Exhibitors may enter an exhibit in a class of a higher department, but may not enter a class in a lower department.
6 Exhibits must be the work of the exhibitor, no tracing/coloring pages/notebook paper accepted.
